2. Using the Asynchronous Terminal Interface

Switching Between Screen Areas

Select Ctrl-a to switch between the two screen areas.

Procedure

To access the function keys and message area below the dotted line:

1. Press Ctrl-a to switch from the screen area to the function keys.

2. Enter the designated (underlined) character for the function key or press the

Tab key until you reach the desired function key.

Example:

To save the current options, type

(Save).

3. Press Enter. The function is performed.

4. To return to the screen area above the dotted line, press Ctrl-a again.
