Installation of heating and refrigeration circuits for split systems

Connecting the refrigerant pipes to the hydro module

➤

Centre the pipe and valve and tighten the union nut with a torque
wrench and a spanner for counter-holding . Observe the correct torques:

Lay the pipelines through the wall penetration to the outdoor unit .

Determine the pipe lengths and cut the pipes to length using a pipe
cutter .

Remove burrs at the cut edges .

➤

Push the union nuts into place .

➤

Bead the ends of the pipes .
