NOTE:
• Do not remove a P2 card or turn off the power of the unit while
the clip is being overwritten and stored (during REWRITE CLIP).
Either action may damage the clip.
• Rewrite Edit does not allow changing the length of a clip.
• The playback time code is output with REPLACE TC set to ON
during Rewrite Edit. The time code of the clip created by Rewrite
Edit is the same as that of the base clip.
• Rewrite Edit overwrites the edited clip. Undoing of Rewrite Edit
is not possible.
• Overwriting and storing the clip (REWRITE CLIP action) cannot
be cancelled.
• Text memos are automatically inserted at the edit points (the
start of each video event) of the Rewrite Edit clip. Any text
memos attached to the base clip are also inherited.
• The proxy data of the base clip cannot be inherited with Rewrite
Edit.
• Rewrite Edit is not available for events that cannot be played
back and events without video (a video event indicated in a red
frame).
• The audio channels cannot be changed from those of the base
clip.
• The Rewrite Edit information is not stored with the playlist
recorded during Rewrite Edit.
• Dividing with text memos is not performed after Rewrite Edit
even if [SETTING] – [DIVIDED APPEND] is set to ON.
