It is used to set the timing to turn on the operation done flag allocated to the I/O of FP7 MC
Unit.
•
The operation done flag turns on when the AMP current value (UM02654 to UM02655) is in
the range of the +/- completion width (pulse) of the target command position after the
completion of the pulse command output.
•
The completion width is monitored by FP7 MC Unit unlike the position deviation of AMP.
•
The completion width function is set in the following unit memories.
