Measurement Settings

ZG User’s Manual

FUNCTION SETTINGS

To correct shift in the position

direction, align the line of the
edge level to be detected.

Up/Down key: Moves the cursor.
SET: Applies the setting.
ESC key: Cancels the setting.

Select the direction in which

edges are searched.

Select [L

→

]

(forward direction) or

→

L] (reverse direction).

A cross cursor is displayed at the

reference position. Press the

←

key to select the edge, and press
the SET key.

Setting the correction method

Sets correction ON/OFF in both the height and position directions.

FUN mode-[MEAS]-[CORECT]-[HGT POSN]-[METHOD]
