Height/Position Correction
Registering the reference position
Register the reference position.
FUN mode-[MEAS]-[CORECT]-[HGT POSN]-[REF.POINT]

Set the measurement target in
place, and press the SET key.

To correct shift in the height
direction, specify the start and
end lines.
Left/Right key: Moves the cursor.
SET: Applies the setting.
ESC key: Cancels the setting.
Leave the default setting as it is if
correction in the height direction is not
necessary.

Select the measurement point to
be used as the reference.
Select which position (average, peak
or bottom) within the specified region
is to be taken as the measurement
point.
