CHAPTER 3 REPAIR PROCEDURES
3.2.2 Load Cell Disas s embly
Before proceeding with Load Cell disassembly, secure the Ratio Beam with stabilizing rods from
the Service Toolset in the front and rear. This will lock Ratio Beam to the yoke and prevent it
from falling down when the Up/Down Stop Plate is removed. Proceed as follows:
15. On the back of the Load Cell, lift the Ratio Beam and insert the brass rod under it.

16. On the front of the Load Cell, screw in the Threaded Rod until it touches the
Ratio Beam.
