Color Creation
Color Creation
Color Creation has eight color setting modes.

Single Color:
Makes monochrome (one color) copies.

Color Gradation:
Makes copies with gradations of a desired color added to the image and background.

Color Filter:
Makes copies with color filter effects.
N
Blue Background:
Makes copies with a blue background; a blue background is often used for transparencies. The preset
settings, in effect when the function is first used, change originals with a black text and white
background to copies with a white text and blue background.

Base Color:
Adds color to background areas that are not part of the black or white image. In the case of originals
that are not black and white, color is added to the entire original.
N
Coloring:
Adds colors to areas designated with the edit pen.
N
Color Conversion:
Converts colors designated with the edit pen into different colors.
N
4-full Color/3-full Color:
Use to select the full color processing method for images. You can select 4-full color processing (using
yellow, magenta, cyan and black) or 3-full color processing (using yellow, magenta and cyan).
