Character Composition (Combining Characters from a Black-and-White Original with a Color Original)

Superimpose (Inserting Text in Reverse)

This function inserts text in reverse into a color original. During
composition, text editing, such as adding color to the text, can be
performed.

For details on how to program the basic copy

settings, see p. 2-4 of chapter 2 “Basic Copying” in
the Basic Operations Manual.

Press the

Composition

key.

If the C key is pressed, the screen returns to

the standard display.

Press the CHARACTER COMPOSITION key.

Press the SUPERIMPOSE key.
