5 . 2 Features of the Default Configuration
When a valid system configuration cannot be found following a system start, the NovaTec
Mo-
bile Gateway S20 will always start in the default configuration. In these circumstances, as a
client, you will retain use of the telephones, for limited applications, until a valid configuration
has been defined. Being aware of this feature will enable you to take precautions against losing
communication with the outside world while your system is in default mode.
