Trunk Line Connections to the CCU

A trunk line must be held on an NTPM or an PABX. This NTPM or PABX provides you
with a PRA interface. These types of PRA

interface trunk lines can only be used in

conjunction with the CCU and CAU dependent configurations of the NovaTec

Mobile Gateway

S20. If your NovaTec

Mobile Gateway S20 has an integrated U

interface, an NTPM is not

necessary and you can connect your trunk line directly to the respective interface of the system.
The trunk lines are patched to a signed RJ45 plug within the system patch panel (only available
in devices with cabinet) in the cabinet.
