signalled

and Client is signalled in both directions signaled between servers and Client in
both directions This signaling may not be

the Call Back call and the service of the original call can be sent to the
Server as a DDI.
Requirements when using the IP as a “fallback” or when the above services are not
available

The server system must be “visible” to the client via TCP/IP. This means that the
company network and or firewall must be sentup to allow incoming connections to
the NMG system using port 809. This may include IP-Masqucrading, and port
forwarding for the NovaTec system.

The server (SOS) must be correctly installed with valid IP information (IP
address, Mask, DNS etc.
