Configuration of the Servers
The Server Profiles are made by clicking on „New Server“.
The server profile is exactly the opposite of the Client. The server number and the call
number range are entered. I.e. under “Incoming Number” it is expected that the
Servernumer will be given as the target number in the activation call. The expected call
number range is entered under it.
The „Outgoing Server CLIP“ gives the Number that the Server in the Callback Call sends
as CLIP. The outgoing extension number will be configured among this.
When a call comes in, the incoming extension number will be converted into the outgoing
extension number.
Example:
The Incoming extension numbers are 10 to 20 and the outgoing extension numbers are 50
to 60. The extensions will be converted as follows:
10 à 50,
11 à 51,
12 à 52,
13 à 53 etc.
On the Server there is a source and target routing, with which the analog to the Client in
either case a Linegroup or a Dialling plan can be chosen.
In the settings for the „Source“ it must be guaranteed that a route back to the caller can
be found. I.e. the callers number and (not the switches number) must be in the Dialling
plan.
On the setting for the“ Target“ it must be guaranteed that the route to the target number
can be found. I.e. The Original Target number (the originally dialled number, not that of
the Callback Server) must be in the Dialling Plan.
The call will fail if one or the other routes can not be found.
Under„Access list“ a permission class or access restriction/white list can be chosen.
Only callers on this list can use the Callback functions. In the case where the setting
„Without“ is configured all subscribers can use the Callback Service.
