Option 11C Compact

Planning, Installation, Fault Clearing and CCBR Guide

The transformer primary must be powered through a dedicated circuit. If the
primary has a pluggable cord, ensure an additional ground connection is made
between the Option 11C Compact system SPG and a known building ground
reference. This connection is vital for safe and reliable operation. Do not
connect any Option 11C Compact system ground lines to structural steel or
water pipes, or any other unreliable ground path. Use a ground point known
to be “clean” and permanent. Place a “DO NOT DISCONNECT” tag on it.
