Removing numbering plan interferences

Interference with ACD queues

The system has pre-programmed ACD queues for Meridian Mail, the Central
Answering Position, and general purpose ACD. (Pre-programmed ACD
queues are listed in

“Chapter 23 – Pre-programmed data” on page 363

.) To

remove these values, use LD 23.

Note: Before removing this data from the system, make sure that all
ACD agent information is removed from the queue.

In LD 23, respond to the prompts as follows:
