Rocker circular saw 46-217 and 46-218
ATTENTION
Equipment damage due to incorrect rotation direction of the
saw blades in variant 46-218/400 V!
The performance of the rocker saw blade is severely reduced by
using the saw blades in the wrong rotation direction.

Use the saw blades in the rotation direction which is specified on
the protective hood.
In order to replace a saw blade:
1. Remove the plug.
2. Put the rocker circular saw into the transport position (see
“Transport” on page 69).
3. Loosen the hexagon socket screw from the locking plate using an
Allen key.
4. Remove the locking plate from the protective cover of the saw
blade.
5. Remove the nut including the washer from the driving pins and the
return spring.
6. Hold the rocker firmly and release the safety hook from the
transport position.
7. Gently tip the rocker towards the floor and lay it down carefully.
8. Slide the locking pins into the intended opening for securing the
saw blade.
