Rocker circular saw 46-217 and 46-218
3. Loosen the hexagon socket screw from the locking plate using an
Allen key.
4. Remove the locking plate from the protective cover of the saw
blade.
5. Remove the nut including the washer from the driving pins and the
return spring.
6. Hold the rocker firmly and release the safety hook from the
transport position.
7. Gently tip the rocker towards the floor and lay it down carefully.
8. Remove the return spring.
9. Insert a new return spring.
10. Put the rocker into the transport position (see “Transport” on page
69).
11. Put the washer and the nut on the driving pin.
12. Tighten the nut with a torque of 43.5 Nm.
Make sure that the screw is tightened and cannot become
loose.
13. Screw the locking plate onto the protective cover of the saw blade
using a hexagon socket screw.
