Switch the neck strap to the back for the second set� •
Remove the FaceTrainer between each set to allow your face to rest� •
Wipe dry any perspiration that has accumulated on the FaceTrainer or on your face before •
putting it back on�
Do not wash your face in between sets, simply pat dry with a towel as you take a break� •
