TeemTalk Connection Wizard Settings

Host Information

SSL

Enables a host connection using the Secure Sockets Layer
protocol. Refer to the section “SSL Connection Settings”
on page 75 for details.

The

Host Name

,

Configuration Name

or

Connect to

box is used to

specify the port or host to communicate with, depending on the con-
nection type you have selected. You can either make a selection
from the list or enter a valid host name or internet address.

The

Advanced

or

Configure

button becomes available when the

relevant connection

Type

is selected. It provides access to additional

setup options required for TeemTalk to make a successful host
connection.

When the connection type is set to

TCP/IP Telnet

, selecting the

Host

Rollover On Connection Fail

option will present four

Host Name

entry boxes. TeemTalk will attempt to connect to each specified host
in turn until one is successful. You can specify the connection time-
out in the

TCP/IP Telnet Configuration

dialog.

For a full description of how to configure each host connection type,
refer to the chapter “Host Connection Settings” on page 55.
