Indicates the operation mode , i.e., backup mode or separate mode.

: Unable to continue the control (RUN) because of system switching.

On (Amber) : Separate mode.
Off

: Debug mode.

Indicates as shown below, when the memory copy from control system to standby
system is being executed.
