5.1.6 Searching in Memory Organizer
In Memory organizer, it is possible to search for different structure objects and parameters.
Instrument support data entry with application of Bar code, QR code, NTAG/NFC reader, to
search for specific tagged structure element within active workspace. See chapter
for details on setting of external devices.
Procedure
Search function is available from the active
workspace directory line.
Use external device for data entry or follow
instructions below for instrument search function.
Select Search in control panel to open Search
setup menu.
The parameters that can be searched for are
displayed in the Search setup menu.
Name and status are referred to all structure
objects. If searching by status, instrument will
display all structure objects that include one or
more measurements with searched status.
Equipment ID, Test date and Retest date (if
applicable) refer only to the following structure
objects: Appliance, Appliance FD, Welding
equipment, Welding equipment FD, Machine,
Switchgear.

The search can be narrowed by entering a text in
the Name and Equipment ID fields.
Strings can be entered using the on-screen
keyboard.
Note:
The Search function on Equipment ID is case
sensitive.
