W arning!
To prevent possible accidents,
drive the vehicle only with the
hardtop either com pletely
closed and locked, or fully
lowered into its storage
com partm ent.________________
For safety reasons, the hardtop
cannot be raised w hile driving.
However, if the hardtop is not
com pletely locked after raising it,
you can then lock it w hile driving by
pushing the hardtop switch
forward.
If the indicator lamp in the hardtop
switch blinks slow ly w hile activating
the switch,
• the battery voltage may be
insufficient - start engine and let
run w hile activating switch,
• the system may be overloaded
(for exam ple after lowering or
raising the hardtop approx.
5 consecutive tim es) - after
approx. 10 m inutes the hardtop
switch may be activated again,
If the indicator lam p continues to
blink, lock the hardtop m anually.
