To switch off: press button 1 repeatedly until
the indicator lamp in the button goes out.

Clean the removable rubber mat only with
clean, lukewarm water and cup holder 2 only
with a damp cloth.
Ashtray and cigarette lighter
Using ashtrays

Insert the ashtray with cap 2 into a cup
holder in the centre console with cover or into
a cup holder in the rear passenger compart-
ment.
Using the ashtray and cigarette lighter in the rear
passenger compartment
Requirements:
R
The vehicle is switched on.
#
Pull down the cover.
#
To use the cigarette lighter: press cigarette
lighter 2 .
The cigarette lighter will pop out when the
heating element is red-hot.
#
To remove the ashtray: press ribbing 1 and
remove insert 3 .
#
To insert the ashtray: push in insert 3 from
above and press it into the holder until it
engages.
Using the cigarette lighter in the front centre con-
sole

WARNING ‑ Risk of fire and injury from the
hot cigarette lighter
You can burn yourself if you touch the hot
heating element or the socket of the cigarette
lighter.
In addition, flammable materials may ignite if:

you drop the hot cigarette lighter
R
a child holds the hot cigarette lighter to
objects, for example

Always hold the cigarette lighter by the
knob.
#
Always make sure that the cigarette
lighter is out of reach of children.

Never leave children unattended in the
vehicle.
