DMXplore shelf mounting brackets are 

adjustable to fit both the 19 inch and 23 inch bay frames.

Step 4

Attach the mounting brackets to the shelf using the supplied flat head 
screws see Figure 2-3, Mounting bracket position for 19 inch frame 
(page 2-10) if attaching to a 19 inch bay frame and Figure 2-4, 
Mounting bracket position for 23 inch frame (page 2-11) if attaching 
the shelf to a 23 inch bay frame.
