Lake Shore Model 370 AC Resistance Bridge User’s Manual
4.2.5
Temperature Control Display
The lower left corner of the display provides operator feedback when temperature control is enabled. The top line shows
the control channel if a Model 3716 Scanner is attached. The second line shows the control setpoint in resistance or
temperature (if a temperature response curve is loaded for the control channel). The third line shows the heater output
and range. The heater output can be displayed as either percent of current for the heater output current source range or as
power in watts. The user must enter an accurate heater resistance for the power calculation to be meaningful.
4.3 KEYPAD
DEFINITION
The Model 370 has 36 keys separated into 3 groups on the instrument front panel. The group of keys closest to the
display act directly on the resistance measurement, the center group contains temperature control features and the far
right group combines instrument setup and data entry.
