Lake Shore Model 370 AC Resistance Bridge User’s Manual
CPOL
Temperature Control Polarity Command
Input:
CPOL <polarity>[term]
Format:
n
<polarity>
Specifies control (heater output) polarity: 0 = Unipolar, 1 = Bipolar.
Remarks:
When the temperature control output (heater output) is used to control a resistive heater, this parameter
should always be set to unipolar. The bipolar setting should only be used in rare circumstances when
the output is used to drive something other than a resistive heater.
CPOL?
Temperature Control Polarity Query
Input:
CPOL?[term]
Returned:
<polarity>[term]
Format:
n
(Refer to command for description)
