The button [Manual Mode]

6.13 The button [Manual Mode]

Use button [Manual mode] in tab [Rework] to display and hide the button row
[Manual mode].
By moving the mouse over one of these buttons, a describing tool tip will be dis-
played.

The buttons allow the following functions to be switched on and off at any time:

– 1: Switching on/off the cooling blower

– 2: Optionally switching on and off the connected solder fume extraction sys-

tem. If a solder fume extractor is connected, the button will be activated. The
fume extractor switches on automatically at working temperatures above 120°
C.

– 3: Move the pipette to parking position.

– 4: Switch on/off the pipette vacuum.

– 5: Switch on/off the pick-and-place laser.

DANGER

a) Do not stare into the laser beam!

b) Do not point the laser beam at other people! Reflecting surfaces under the laser

generate reflections!

c) Class 2 laser according to DIN EN 60825-1:2008-5, P < 1 mW, λ = 650 nm

– 6: By clicking this button the current image of the top camera is saved in data

format *.bmp in the folder C:\Temp\CapturedImages.

– 7: Switch on/off the Vision Box lighting. This opens a submenu for selection:

red component camera at the top, white PCB camera at the bottom.

– 8: Manually trigger motor movements.

A submenu with further pushbuttons is displayed:
