4 | Transport, installation, storage, disposal

Unpacking, setting up and connecting the Rework System

b) Place the Rework System to the left of the table. The PC monitor, keyboard and

mouse as well as their operational range will follow. The work table must meet
the following requirements:

ð

The table top must have a minimum width of 600 mm with a depth of 700
mm. The bottom heating protrudes area: forward and to the right every
150 mm, to the left 350 mm.

ð

The table must be stable, levelled and designed for a load of at least 80 kg.
The installation of the Rework System in a vibration-free location improves
the work results.

ð

Ensure that the floor area is level and a uniform load on the machine feet!

c) Please note the following points:

ð

If the unit is transported to an environment with high temperature vari-
ations, it must be adjusted to room temperature for several hours before
commissioning.

ð

The unit must not be exposed to rapid temperature variations.

ð

Keep the place of installation draught-free! Do not install the unit near
ventilation ducts or air conditioning units.

ð

A too bright lighting of the workplace (e.g. sun radiation or ceiling spot
lights) may affect the functions of the camera.

4.6.3 Remove the transport lock

Remove the transport lock before commissioning:

a) Unscrew the shipping/restraining bolt on the Rework System upper part (1).

b) Unscrew the shipping/restraining bolt between the heating head and the Vis-

ion Box (2).

Keep the shipping/restraining bolts and the shims (3) in a safe place, in order to use
them on the next machine transport. The shipping/restraining bolts must be
screwed in again before transporting the Rework System.

a) Close the opening on the machine upper side with the sealing plug included in

the accessory package (4).

4.6.4 Connecting the machine

a) remove all accessories from the packaging, unwrap them and lay them out.
