Unpacking, setting up and connecting the Rework System

4.6.6 Assembling the Accu-TC holder and air deflector

the AccuTC holder

Assembling an Accu-TC holder:

a) You can fit the holder into any of the four bores (2) of the circuit board holder.

For this purpose, insert the cylinder (1) into a bore and lock with the lever (3).

b) Connecting the AccuTC thermocouple without fixture (Item 0IR6500-37) (3) to

the socket [TC1].

c) Mount the thermocouple (4) as shown.

If you work with air deflectors, install one. Reduce the air deflectors according
to the opening size of the heated area and reduce the thermal load of the
solder point.

a) Select an air deflector and let the lower end of the heating head snap in from

below.
