9.5.1. Online knob
For the installation only a few steps are necessary. Please follow the instruction as listed here:
Step 1:
Remove forend screw and pull the existing cylinder out of the door.
Step 2+3:
Insert the Kentix profile cylinder into the door. Insert and fix forend screw.
Plug the RFID Online knob into the cylinder.

Remove forend screw and pull the existing cylinder out of the

Every Kentix profile cylinder is delivered with a new forend
screw.

Insert the Kentix profile cylinder into the door.
Insert and fix the new forend screw.
The mechanical knob is already mounted at the profile
cylinder. Plugging the profile cylinder into the door from the
inside does not require additional disassembly work.

Plug the RFID Online knob into the cylinder until it clicks into
place.

The installation is then finished. If not already done, the knob can
now be programmed with the master card set.
The programming of a knob can already be done before
the installation at door.
