6.4.6 Accuracy of measurement
The measuring instrument has many measuring parameters, and the basic measuring parameters
are R,L,C,D ， The rest of the parameters can be measured everywhere from the above parameters,
so the accuracy measurement mainly on R, L, C, D measurement.
