3.2.1 parameter

The parameter area monitors the "function" parameters currently measured by the user.If the user
chooses the primary and secondary parameter pair comparison mode, its parameters will be
displayed as the current "function" parameter pair adjustment.for example,"Cp-D" is displayed as
"D-Cp",Represents the comparison of D as the main parameter at present.Cp is used as a
Auxiliary parameter.

3.2.2 nominal

Nominal parameters monitor the nominal value of BIN comparison.

3.2.3 BIN

It shows the BIN number of the limit list below. "2nd" indicates the limit of auxiliary parameters.

3.2.4 Upper and lower limits

The upper and lower limits of the limit list are monitored at the bottom of this area.

3.2.5 count

The value of present measured BIN values is shown below the area.

3.2.6 Auxiliary(AUX)

This area shows the BIN value of the current ancillary BIN..

3.2.7 Super difference (OUT)

This area shows the present BIN Count value of the Differential BIN
BIN counting function operation steps
Perform the following operations.Set the BIN counting function ON/OFF on the < bin count
display > page.
1)In the < BIN count display > page, move the cursor to the counting field. The soft key in the
screen will display the following soft keys.

●ON
●OFF
●Resetcount

2)Press the soft key ON ,open the counting function ON.
3)Press the soft key OFF close the counting function OFF.
4)Press the soft key reset count, the screen assistant displays: "reset count confirmation?". The
soft key area will display the following soft keys.

● yes
● no

5)All BIN count is reset to 0 by pressing the “YES”soft key,
6) Cancel the file count reset operation by “NO”soft key.

3.3< measurement Settings > page

Press the menu key [SETUP], and go to the < Measurement Settings > page. Note [SETUP] key is
< Measurement Settings > interface and < System Settings > interface public key. Press the
[SETUP] key to switch back and forth between the two interfaces.
