3.5.1 exchange parameter
The function of exchange parameter can exchange the main parameters and the auxiliary
parameters in the parameter setting field.For example, when the test parameter is: Cp-D, the
parameter interchange function changes the test parameter to: D-Cp.At this point, D can set 9 pairs
of comparative limits, while Cp can set 1 pairs of comparative limits.
exchange parameter function operation steps
Perform the following procedures to exchange main parameters and auxiliary parameters.
1)Move the cursor to the parameter set field, and the soft key area will display the following soft
keys.

2)The main parameters and the auxiliary parameters are interchanged according to the soft key
exchange parameters.
3)Then, according to the soft key adjustment parameters, the main parameters and the auxiliary
parameters are interchanged and restored to the original settings.
3.5.2 Comparative functional limit mode
The comparison function provides the following two main parameter limit setting modes, as
shown in Figure 3-3.

●Tolerance mode
In the tolerance mode, the deviation value from the nominal value (nominal value in the nominal
domain setting) is set to a comparative limit value.
There are two ways of deviation: one is percentage deviation, the other is absolute deviation.
●Continuous mode
In continuous mode, the range of test values is taken as the comparison limit value. The
comparison limit value must be set in order from small to large.
Note: when setting the limit value of tolerance mode, the error range must be set from small to
large.If the error margin set by BIN1 is the largest, all the tested parts will be sorted into the BIN1
BIN.Under the tolerance mode, the lower limit is not necessarily less than the nominal value, and
