6.2safety requirements
The measuring instrument is type I safety instrument.
6.2.1 insulation resistance
Under the reference working condition, the insulation resistance between the power terminal and
the housing should not be less than50MΩ.
Under the condition of hot and humid transportation,The insulation resistance between the voltage
terminal and the housing should not be less than 2 MΩ.
6.2.2 Insulation strength
Under the reference operating conditions, the power terminal and the housing should be able to
withstand a frequency of 50 Hz, rated voltage of 1.5 kV AC voltage, timing 1 minute. No
breakdown and arcing phenomena should be observed.
6.2.3 leakage current
The leakage current should not be greater than 3.5mA (AC effective value).
6.3 EMC requirements
The transient sensitivity of the measuring instrument is according to the requirements of
GB6833.4.
The conduction sensitivity of the meter is according to the requirements of GB6833.6.
The radiation interference of the measuring instrument is according to the requirements of
GB6833.10.
6.4 performance testing
6.4.1 Working conditions
All tests should be carried out under the first chapter reference working conditions.This test is
only included in the test of the main parts of the instrument.Other parts are not included such as
transformer parameters testing, users can test under the specified conditions according to the
indicators listed in this manual. Performance testing should be done in the first chapter under
preheating conditions.
