errors.JK2817N/JK2811B provides two calibration methods.One is to use insertion method to
open circuit and short circuit correction for all frequency points, the other is to open circuit, short
circuit and load correction for current set frequency points.The setting area of the following
measurement control parameters can be set on the < user correction > page.
●Open circuit correction (open circuit)
●Short circuit correction (short circuit)
This display page has two domains, they are: user correction, open circuit, short circuit,each
control function domain will be described in detail in the following paragraphs.each control

In addition to the above settings, the <User Correction >page also displays the following
surveillance domains. The surveillance domain is similar to the settings domain, but the
surveillance domain only provides information display and cannot be set.
●Actual test results of load correction. (measurement A, measurement B)
●Multi channel correction mode, the current channel number (channel)
The actual test results of load correction can be tested in the frequency 1 and frequency 2 setting
domain.
3.4.1 Open circuit correction
The open-circuit correction function of JK2817N/JK2811 B can eliminate the error caused by the
stray admittance (G, B) in parallel with the measured element, as shown in Figure 3-1.

JK2817N /JK2811B adopts the following two open circuit correction data.
JK2817N performs open-circuit calibration tests on 34 fixed frequencies in the range of 50Hz to
100kHz, regardless of your current set frequency.Mobile cursor to open area, use soft key open
circuit full frequency cleared to perform full frequency open zero.
Note: JK2831 is an open circuit correction test for 37 fixed frequency points in the range of 50Hz
-200kHz.JK2832 is an open circuit correction test for 41 fixed frequency points in the range of
20Hz- 200kHzIn addition to 41 frequency points, the open-circuit correction data of other
frequency points will be calculated by insertion calculation method, and the open-circuit
correction data of different test frequencies in different ranges will be calculated.
●JK2817N can set two open-circuit correction frequencies in the frequency domain of User
Correction page: Frequency 1, Frequency 2. Move the cursor to Frequency 1, Frequency 2 uses
soft-key open-circuit single-frequency zero clearing to open-circuit correct the two set frequencies
