9.2.34. Name Clash at Import
(Error 249)
This error occurs If you attempt to import scan jobs or
profiles (
see chapter
) that are already present on
the scanner. To correct this error, the scan jobs/profiles
(with identical names) on the scanner must first be de-
leted or renamed (
see chapter
).
9.2.35. Reference Unresolved at Import
(Error 250)
If a scan profile is about to be imported (
see chapter
) which contains settings (
e.g. a counter
) that are
referenced to another profile, this error is displayed if
the reference profile is not present on the scanner. To
correct this error, the referenced profiles must first be
created or imported.
9.2.36. Linak Error Detected
(Error 252)
This error is displayed if a problem occurs while chan-
ging the working height of the scanner (
see chapter
). Please check that the scanner is not overloaded
with documents in the input and/or output trays and
that there are no obstacles in the path of travel, during
height adjustment. If the error is not eliminated that way,
the service engineer or the technical support of InoTec
GmbH (
see chapter
) is to be notified.
9.2.37. Linak Uncalibrated
(Error 253)
This error occurs if the calibration of the scanner‘s height
adjustment (
see chapter
) is inaccurate. To correct the
error, contact your administrator and have the scanner‘s
height adjustment recalibrated.
9.2.38. Double Feed at Paper Input Detected
(Error 254)
This message is displayed if the option
Stop at Input
(
see
chapter
) has been activated in section
Double
Feed Detection
, and a double feed has been detected
during the scanning process, directly at the beginning
of the paper feed. In this case, it is sufficient to withdraw
the documents which were recognized as double feeds
from the feeder area, place them back in the input tray
and restart the scanning process.
