BAD_DATA
The data field contained data which was out of range for
the specific request.

BAD_LENGTH
The frame length was incorrect for the request. This
would normally mean that you have supplied either too
little or too much data.
Additional acknowledge codes may be added in future versions.
Reply frame format
Issued by slave stations.
The station number has the top bit set as described in
Basic Frame Format
above.
The request field is returned unaltered.
The data field is a series of single bytes (two hex digits) code according to the request
frame being processed.
Request frame types (‘command set’)
The different types of request which a slave will respond to are given below in terms of the
request code (hexadecimal), request data field and reply frame description.
Read Moisture - request code 01
This will return the current moisture values from the slave together with some status flags.

to use in the range allowed by the Hydro-View (currently
decimal 1-10).
If this field is set to 00, then the material number in the
slave will not be changed.
The slave will not allow its material number to be changed
unless it is configured appropriately.

Four hex digits (two bytes, LSB first) representing the
instantaneous (NOW) moisture % in the slave.
The data transmitted is in 0.01% units.

Four hex digits (two bytes, LSB first) representing the batch
AVERAGE moisture % in the slave.
The data transmitted is in 0.01% units.

HH
Two hex digits (one byte) representing some status flags as
follows...

0-3
Represent the state of the batch average/hold
function. This is coded numerically as follows...
0 - Hold state
1 - Timing (Average/hold delay)
2 - Averaging
3 - Low material level
4-F - currently undefined.

Alarm output on.
