Troubleshooting Procedure

Context

NOTE

Saving the results of each troubleshooting step is recommended. If your troubleshooting fails to correct
the fault, you will have a record of your actions to provide Huawei technical support personnel.

Procedure

Step 1

Check whether the SNMP configurations on the host are correct.

l

If the SNMP configurations are correct, go to Step 2.

l

If the SNMP configurations are incorrect, change the configuration based on the following
configuration cases.

Run the

If the trap function is enabled, go to Step 3.

Step 3

Check whether the log message indicating that a specific trap is generated exists on the host.
