The DC power module has the following functions:
The USG9520 power module can output straight-through power and provide the following
functions:
l Surge protection, filtering, and short circuit protection
l Alarm

1.3.4.3 AC Power Supply System
This section describes the appearance, functions, and technical specifications of the AC power
module and AC power distribution box (PDB).
NOTE
If a newly shipped USG9520 uses the 2200 W AC power module, which requires the 2200 W AC PDB
and power cable with the C19 straight connector. The USG9520 shipped earlier uses the 1600 W AC
power module, which requires the 1600 W AC PDB and power cable with the C13 straight connector.
2200 W AC Power System
The USG9520 2200 W AC PDB has a 1 U standard modular structure. It contains the
R4850G2 AC power module. Both the 2200 W AC PDB and R4850G2 AC power module are
hot-swappable.
Figure 1-38 shows the AC PDB and its panel.
