Follow-up Procedure

After replacing the power module, collect all tools. If the replaced power module is faulty, fill
in the 

Repair Transmission Sheet

 and send the faulty module with the Repair Transmission

Sheet to the equipment supplier or the specified repair service provider.

3.4.4 Replacing an AC Power Module of the USG9520

This section describes the procedure for replacing an AC power module of the USG9520.

Context

l

Before replacing a power module, switch off the corresponding circuit breaker on the
power distribution cabinet. This powers off the power module to be replaced. In addition,
switch off the power module to be replaced.

l

The USG9520 has two power modules. Do not power off the other during the process of
removing one power module.

l

The USG9520 has two types of AC power modules: 1600 W and 2200 W.

modules cannot be inserted on the same device.
