Procedure
Step 1
Select slots based on slot distribution.
You can determine whether a slot is suitable for a board by checking whether the color on
both ends of the board panel is the same as the color on the slot.

Step 2
Install a board.
1.
Remove the filler panel from the selected slot.
2.
Extend the ejector levels of the board, insert the board fully into the slot, and rotate the
ejector level to the front of the board.
3.
Use a Phillips screwdriver to fasten the captive screws to the board.

Step 3
Install a subcard.
NOTE
Before you install a subcard, remove redundant guide rails from the board and store them for future use.
1.
Remove the filler panel from the board.
2.
Smoothly insert the subcard into the board along the guide rail.
3.
Use a Phillips screwdriver to fasten the captive screws to the board.
