NOTE

The air filter does not have memory. All monitored information is saved on the MPU, which may be inserted,
removed, switched, or replaced at any time. Therefore, the monitoring cycle may differ from the set cycle.
However, this does not affect the monitoring function.

Tools

ESD wrist strap or ESD gloves

Procedure

Step 1

Check the location of the air filter to be replaced.

Before removing the old air filter, check its location, that is, the cabinet and chassis where the
air filter resides, and then label the air filter.

Step 2

Put on the ESD wrist strap and connect the grounding terminal to the ESD jack on the chassis.

Step 3

Remove the air filter from the air intake frame.

Place your fingers into the holes on both sides of the panel to pull it out of the air intake
frame. Then remove the air filter from the panel of the air intake frame, as shown in

Figure 3-51

.

Step 4

Install an air filter on the air intake frame.

Place a clean and dry air filter onto the air intake frame and press it into place, Install the
panel of the air intake frame back in its original position in the chassis, as shown in
