1.5. Status area
1.5.1. Introduction

The " Status " button ( Diag.4-1 ) is blinking to indicate that an alarm has been raised.
Press the " Status " button.
◆
The " Status " area ( Diag.4-2 ) is displayed showing automatically the category concerned by the
alarm.
◆
The " Status " area contains:
1- 5 category buttons representing the functions checked by the instrument in real-time.
(See 1.5.2. Functions checked by the instrument, page 4-8 ).
2- Status icon showing the status of each category checked.
(See Tab.4-2 Status description, page 4-7 ).

Thus, the status of each category will determine the color of the " Status " button:
- if all the categories have an OK status, the " Status " button is green
- if at least one category has an ALARM status, the " Status " button is orange
- if at least one category has a LOCK status, the " Status " button is red
3- System alarm messages sorted by time. The displayed system alarm messages correspond to the
category selected by pressing one of the category buttons. When the category is selected, the button
is surrounded by a yellow line.

Status Icon Description
OK No alarm has been detected in this category.
ALARM
An alarm has been detected in this category on at least 1 element checked
by the instrument: the instrument is not locked. Analysis can be run.
LOCK
A locking alarm has been detected in this category on at least 1 element
checked by the instrument: the instrument is locked. Analysis cannot be
run except QC.
