4.2.4. Reagent priming
This function primes all reagents of the pack in pack mode and the selected reagent in the bottle
mode.
In the "
Reag. " tab:
1- Press " Prime " button ( Diag.7-31 ).
4.2.5. Reagent closing
A reagent has to be closed when a reagent is expired.
Bottle unit
In the " Reag. " tab:
1- Press corresponding radio button (" LYSE ", " DILUENT " or " CLEANER ") to select the reagent to
close.
2- Press " Delete " button ( Diag.7-32 ).

The following message is displayed: " Are you sure you want to close the selected reagent? "
3- Press " OK " button.
Pack unit
In the " Reag. " tab:
1- Press " Delete " button ( Diag.7-32 ).

The following message is displayed: " Are you sure you want to close the selected reagent? "
2- Press " OK " button.
All the reagents of the pack are closed.
Diag.7-31 Prime button
A priming cycle must be done after each reagent installation (creation or
replacement).
Diag.7-32 Delete button
When a reagent is closed, the following information is displayed in the " Logs "
tab in the " Reagent " category:
- the date/hour of the reagent closing
- the user who closed the reagent
