For each reagent type, it displays the following information:

The reagent name in the " Name " field.
◆
A graphical representation of the reagent level (in percentage).
◆
The number of remaining cycles in the " Remain " field.
In pack mode:
It displays the following information:
◆
The pack name in the " Name " field.
◆
A graphical representation of the reagent level (in percentage).
◆
The number of remaining cycles in the " Remain " field.
4.2.2. Reagent creation
Bottle unit
In the " Reag. " tab:
1- Press corresponding radio button (" LYSE ", " DILUENT " or " CLEANER ") to select the reagent type
to create.
2- Press " View " button ( Diag.7-29 ).
The " Edit reagent " screen is displayed.
3- Press " Edit " button.
4- Press " Lot " field to select it.
5- Read the reagent label by means of barcode reader or type the reagent lot number using the
virtual keyboard or an external keyboard (if one is connected).
6- Press " Close " key to close the virtual keyboard if it is opened.
The instrument searches reagent information in the reagent database.

When reagent information is found, it is displayed as follows:

The reagent name in the " Name " field.

The reagent expiration date in the " Expiry date " field.

The reagent volume in the " Initial volume " field.
7- If necessary, the reagent volume can be modified:

Type the reagent volume value in the " Initial volume " field using the virtual keyboard or an
external keyboard (if one is connected).

Press " Close " key to close the virtual keyboard if it is opened.
8- Press " OK " button to validate.
9- Press " Back " button to return to previous screen.
10- Install the reagents on the instrument (See Section 7, 3.5. Reagent installation, page 7-13 ).
11- Run a prime cycle (See Section 7, 4.2.4. Reagent priming, page 7-24 ).
