6.4. Analysis run with the simplified identification

Simplified identification allows to run a control blood or a patient analysis directly from the result
screen and without entering all the sample information in the "
Sample identification " menu.

User only has to enter the sample ID and the patient type (for patient sample).
In the results menu (main or detailed):
1- Press " Sample ID " field to select it.
2- Read sample ID label by means of barcode reader or type sample ID using an external keyboard.
The patient type displayed in the " Type " list corresponds to the default type: Man.
If needed, modify it:
3- Use arrow buttons to select patient type in the " Type " list.
4- Press " OK " button to validate the sample identification.
5- Follow the indications displayed in the " Sample analysis " dialog box and start the analysis.

To access the " Sample identification " menu again to identify (in detail) another sample, press
" Sample identification menu " button ( Diag.4-25 ).

is automatically displayed in the "
Sample ID " field.
