11.1.5 Initializing (Formatting) Storage Media

Storage Media

MS-DOS Format (FAT32)

• Write protected storage media cannot be initialized.

• Note that initializing used storage media deletes all the information on the

storage media and that deleted information is unrecoverable.

Initializing Storage Media

To open the screen: Press the

FILE

Insert the storage media.

Select the storage media to initialize.
