Fryer Operation

Model: WOG-MP-VH

EAC

1. Unlatch Filter Access Cover and lift off.
2. Grasp the handle on front of Cell and pull it straight out, on a slight upward angle.

EAC

Pin at back of Hood must align

with hole in rear of Cell.

Airflow Arrow on

front of Cell

must point

upward.

1. Ensure the airflow indicator arrow on front of Cell

points upward.

2. Align Cell in the guides and slide into the Hood.

Front of Cell must be flush with Hood front. If not,

it is not installed properly.

3. Replace Access Cover and latch.
