3.02.1 Control Panel - Manual Controls

E.A.C. Status

[ON]

The

[ON]

light is

to indicate that the Electronic Air Cleaner (E.A.C.) is powered

and functioning normally. This is the only E.A.C. Status light which should be

during normal operation.

E.A.C. Status

[CHECK/WASH]

When these two (2) lights are

, the E.A.C. Collector Cell has stopped functioning.

It is either excessively dirty, has poor contact, is not positioned properly, is damaged

or shorted, or the E.A.C. power supply has failed. Approx. 2 minutes after the lights

turn

, power to the heating elements is turn

OFF

IMPORTANT! Do not rely on these lights as the signal for routine cleaning; the

E.A.C. Cell must be cleaned daily to maintain peak performance.

Digital Thermostat

Sets and regulates cooking oil temperature. Variable to max. temp 375°F [191°C].

Press

[ARROW]

keys to input setpoint. Pressing the

[PROCESS]

key displays actual

oil temperature.

Manual Timers

Mechanical timer for each Basket; 0-30 minutes. Turn knob to set and time begins

running down when released.

END-OF-CYCLE

Signal

Switch

Switch enables (ON) or disables (OFF) the

END-OF CYCLE

alarm signal. When

alarm will sound when the Timer expires;

OFF

no alarm will sound. When using the

audible signal, placing switch in

[OFF]

position silences the alarm.

Power Indicator Light The Green Power Light is on whenever the Power Switch is in the

[ON]

position.

Heat Indicator Light

The Amber Heat Indicator Light will be

when the heating elements are

energized. When the setpoint temperature is reached, the light will turn

OFF

. This

light cycles

and

OFF

during normal operation as the Controller regulates cooking

temperature.

High-Limit Indicator

The Red Hi-Limit Indicator turns

to signal an over-heating condition and that

power to the heating elements has been turn

OFF

by the safety thermostat. Should

this light come ON, discontinue cooking until the cause is determined.

Selector Switch

Selects operational mode;

[COOK]

[OFF]

[FILTER PUMP]

. Heating elements will

only operate when switch is in the

[COOK]

position. Placing the switch in the

[FILTER PUMP]

position turns

the pump for circulating oil during the filtering

process, or for discharging waste oil from the Fryer for disposal.

Power Switch

The Power Switch is a two-position Switch. Place switch in the

[ON]

position for

operation.

12 Ready Indicator Light

Light for each Basket turns

when the cooking Timer expires to signal end of

cooking cycle and product has finished cooking. If Signal Switch is in the

[ON]

position, an audible alarm tone also sounds; return switch to

[OFF]

to silence.
