Fryer Operation

Model: WOG-MP-VH

1. Mechanical analog timers

2. To set a cooking time, simply rotate Timer knob until the indicator is aligned with the desired cook time. Time

immediately begins to run down when knob is released. When the set cook time expires the

3. To cancel a cooking cycle before it finishes, simply turn the Timer knob back to
